Easter Day and Easter weekend brought beautiful weather. I ended up getting the stomach bug that the kids had so we did not get to celebrate the resurrection of our Savior in church but we were celebrating at home.
Jackson LOVED hunting Easter eggs and played with his eggs ALL day. Kevin would hide the eggs and he would find them and then Jackson would hide the eggs for Kevin to find. He had so much fun and would get so excited about finding all the eggs. He also had fun with his Easter basket. He got some bubble bath in his Easter basket and has been so excited to take a bath every night!
Here are some of our pictures from Easter:
Emily went to the doctor today for her two month well visit. Here are her stats:
Weight: 11 pounds 4 ounces (50th percentile)
Height: 23 1/4 inches (75th percentile)
I knew she was going to measure long! She is wearing 0-3 month clothes but she is busting through the clothes that have footies.
She got her shots and of course that was no fun!
After an infection, a cold and a stomach bug she is finally better. Her reflux seems to be under control. She smiles all the time and loves to talk. She is getting really good at holding her head up and is starting to enjoy more playtime. She smiles at her toys but one of her favorite things to smile at is the fan! I know lots of babies like fans but Jackson never did. He didn't care a thing about them but Emmy LOVES them- they get lots of smiles and laughs. Despite all her sickness she continues to be a good, sweet baby. She is eating and sleeping well- no complaints from me!
