"Hallelujah, Whatever's in front of me help me to sing, Hallelujah. Hallelujah, Whatever's in front of me I choose to sing, Hallelujah." -lyrics from Bethany Dillon "Hallelujah".
Yesterday was your first Easter and it ended up being a rough day for us. You looked cute but you didn't really feel your best. I know it's going to be a rough day when you wake up crying after a full 11 1/2 hours of sleep. You were very fussy, clingy, and overall unhappy...which is very unusual for you. You had a low grade fever last night and you have had a runny nose and cough for a couple of days. I'm not sure if you are teething or getting sick. I guess we'll find out in the next couple of days.
Even though you had a hard day Daddy and I really enjoyed church and what a great reminder of the FACT that Jesus has risen, He has risen indeed!!! How thankful I am that Jesus loves you and me SO MUCH that he would die on a cross. Thank you Jesus!
We did manage to distract you from your ill mood long enough to get some good pictures. We also did an Easter egg hunt in our front yard for you on Saturday. At first you weren't really sure what we were trying to get you to do, but once you spotted those colorful eggs you went right for them!
